    Biography:

As a Health & Physical Educator, I believe it is very important to provide my students with as many opportunities to be successful not only in my class, but throughout life.  I hope they enjoy learning about how movement, sports and cooperative play can enhance daily life skills, such as teamwork, leadership, slef-discpline and communication.

Most days when I am not at school, you will find me fitting in a workout.  My family and I love to travel, bike and hike.  We recently bought a 33 foot travel trailer (RV) and started making memories while enjoying lakes, beaches and campgrounds up and down the East coast.  My husand loves to landscape, workout and train our two labradors (Kaeso and Oakely).  My daughter Allyson is 9th Grader at North Alleghney.  She currenlty plays soccer for the North Allegheny Girls Soccer team and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.  She hopes to one day play soccer in college and move somewhere warm like North Carolina.
