He attended Duquesne University for his graduate and undergraduate studies, for which he received a Masters degree. His college major was in Speech-Language Pathology and his minor was in Psychology. Prior to his employment at Bradford Woods Elementary, he worked at Marshall Elementary and Marshall Middle Schools. Additionally, he worked for Children's Hospital at the Pine Center outpatient location.
