Who we are: The Interact Club is the high school branch of the Rotary Club that encoruages service through and for the youth locally, nationally, and internationally.
What we do: carry out hands-on service projects; make local, national, and international connections; develop leadership and communication skills; and have fun!
Our service projects: monthly meeting service projects, District Leadership Conference, service opportunities at Vincentian Home, World Affairs Institute, Thanksgiving meals preparation/delivery, cards for veterans and hometown heroes, gingerbread houses, letter writing initiative, Grandview Mentoring Project, Rotary Youth Exchange, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), and community events.
Our 7 areas of focus: promoting peace, fighting disease, supporting education, growing local economies, providing clean water, helping mothers and children, and protecting the environment.
Our motto: "Service above Self."
