Welcome to NAI Physical Education! 

A little bit about me...

I am a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a B.S. Ed. in Health & Physical Education, with a minor in Aquatics. I earned my M.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Wellness & Fitness Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania.  Prior to working at North Allegheny, I taught for 5 years at Blackhawk School District teaching Health & Physical Education on both the high school and middle school level. I also coached middle school track & field and served as the district's employee wellness coordinator.  Most recently, I spent the last 2 years teaching elementary Physical Education at Holiday Park Elementary in the Plum Borough School District. Outside of school I enjoy doing anything active- specifically strength trainng, doing yoga and running! I also love teaching group fitness classes through various avenues of fitness and spending time with my family.  I look forward in helping all students and staff persue their health and wellness journey while here at NAI!
