All About Miss Jaskolski

I am so excited to be back at Marshall this year after spending the past school year at NACA (NA Cyber Academy). I've learned so many new ways to utilize technology to promote learning that I can't wait to implement this year! This will be my third year at MES.

I moved from the Chicagoland area in June of 2018 after completing my fifth year of teaching. Going into my 9th year of teaching, I am so excited to meet my new students! Teaching is my passion and I truly enjoy coming to work every day. I believe in making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. I also believe in allowing students to have ownership of their learning and behavior. When students have a say in their learning, they learn so much more!

As for me, I live nearby in Mars. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, reading, crafting, exercising, or exploring the area. I love eating pizza (of course, Chicago deep dish), and Mexican food! I spend a lot of the year traveling to visit my family in Illinois and in Colorado.
