Art
At MES students receive a rich and diverse education in the Arts. Students in first through fifth grade participate in weekly, forty-five minute classes in the Visual Arts. Classes also meet for an hour on integrated arts day for two, six week rotations. Students in Kindergarten participate in weekly, thirty minute classes in the Visual Arts. Classes are taught by certified art specialists. Student artwork is displayed with pride throughout our building and also showcased in an annual Art Show. We believe a quality arts education is essential to the growth and development of every child. Education in art is an integral part of the whole and complete educational experience for students.
