  • I am a graduate of Vista High School in California.  I attended UCSB and earned an undergraduate double major in Film Studies and Communication Studies in 1990.  After working in film for two years, I decided to leave film for education; I earned my MA/TE in Teaching English in 1993 from IUP.  After graduate school, I taught at Burrell School District for eight years; I began my career with NASD in 2002.
