    Biography:
     
    Mrs. Kegel has been teaching elementary music in the N.A. School District since 1990. She graduated from Ithaca College, Ithaca, N.Y. in 1988, receiving a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance (Voice) and Music Education.
     
    Mrs. Kegel has earned Teacher Training Certificates in the following learning approaches:
    Kodaly Level I - Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA
    Orff-Schulwerk Level I  - Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA
    Orff-Schulwerk Level II - Eastman School of Music, Rochester, NY

    Mrs. Kegel and her husband are the parents of three children - two graduated and one current North Allegheny student.
     
    Mrs. Kegel is also the Director of Pittsburgh Youth Chorus'  Satellite Choir at Grove City College.
