  • In the Garden is our art show theme this year at Marshall Elementary School!

    We will be learning about the plants and animals that are found in gardens and exploring art works and artists that use gardens as their inspiration.  As in past years, we are saving most of our students’ art work in preparation for our annual Marshall Student Art Exhibit which will be held on April 2nd 2020. (The 2020 MES Art Show is unfortunately postponed until further notice due to the school building being closed). On that evening art from all students in Kindergarten through 5th grade will be displayed with pride for their families and the community to enjoy. The children will bring home all of their art projects in the weeks following the exhibit.  Occasionally the students have a few moments at the end of an art class to sketch or color a little on their own and they will bring these “art-to-go” papers home.  These do not represent the “In the Garden” projects we are creating each week!

    Student art projects will be completed upon return to the building.  Projects will be passed back in late May.
