    Below are links to complete a google form if you would like to schedule a meeting with me.  There is a form for the student to complete if they are seeking help, or a parent/guardian form if you would like assistance.

    Crisis Support

    In the event of a crisis, your child or someone in your home is at rist for harming themselves or others, you can utilize Resolve Crisis Services.  Ways to contact Resolve:

     

    Hotline for 24-hour crisis help 1-888-7-YOU-CAN (796-8226)
