     Biography:  Mrs. Webb grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and graduated from Upper St. Clair High School.  She is a graduate of Waynesburg College and has a Master's Degree in Administration and Policy Studies as well as Elementary Principal certification from the University of Pittsburgh.  Mrs. Webb has been a teacher at North Allegheny for 31 years.  She has taught kindergarten, first, and second grades at Peebles, Marshall, Franklin and Ingomar Elementaries.
