As an educator, I believe our classroom is a community of learners, ad we are all involved in the learning process.  Learning looks differently for each of us and needs to be differentiated to meet each student's needs.  It is my goal to establish a positive classroom environment where students feel valued as individuals and as part of a team.  We will grow together both academically and socially through engaging, stimulating, and nuturing experiences.  I'm thrilled to be your child's teacher and be a part of their journey as life-long learners!

I earned an undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a Master's in Education from Duquesne University.  Although this is my first year at Ingomar, it is my tenth year teaching.

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children.  Whether we're spending the afternoon at the science center or staying in for a movie night, it's always an adventure involving silly faces and lots of laughs.  I enjoy reading, exercising, and a night at home with my family more than anything.  Thank you for sharing your child with me; I'm excited about the possiblities this year at Ingomar brings.
