    Unit 4-1: Intro to Monetary Policy
    Objectives:
    1. TSW answer the question Why do we use money?
    2. TSW identify the 3 types of money and define the liquidity of each.
    3. TSW graph the market for money for the first time in class.

    Unit 4-2: The Demand for Money
    Objectives:
    1. TSW explain why there is an inverse relationship between interest rates and the quantity of money demanded.
    2. TSW identify the 4 reasons that the demand for money may shift and what then happens to interest rates.

    Unit 4-3: Increasing/Decreasing the Money Supply
    Objectives:
    1. TSW graphically demonstrate increases and decreases in the money supply and how that will effect the AD/AS model.  
    2. TSW complete the 2007B Practice FRQ in class (Page 13)

    Unit 4-4: Tools of the Fed: 3 Shifters of the Money Supply
    Objectives:
    1. TSW identify and evaluate the 3 shifters of the Money Supply.
    2. TSW practice calculating the money multiplier in coordination with the 3 shifters of the Money Supply.
     
    Homework: 
    1. Macro Unit 4: Inflation + Recession Graph Key (10 Points)
     
    Unit 4-5: Practice (Post-Prom)/Federal Funds Rate
    Objectives:
    1. TSW complete the practice problems at the top of Page 21.
    2. TSW describe the differences between the federal funds rate and the discount rate.
    3. TSW complete 24, 25, and 30 in their packet. TSW read 29 in their packet as well.
