Homework should take no more than 20-30 minutes a night.  

*Daily Reading:

-your child should read nightly for 10-15 minutes 

*Math:

-nightly math pages will come home Monday-Thursday

-tests will be announced the week of

*Spelling:

-spelling list will come home on Fridays.  Please review the words nightly however your child learns best.  Here are a few ideas: side walk chalk, dry erase board, magnetic letters, markers, pen, paper/pencil, put them in abc order, shaving cream in bath tub, write consenents in blue and vowels in red.  

 *Spelling Tests will be on Friday*
