    *McBuddies:
    All new students to McKnight are paired with a McBuddy! A McBuddy is a current McKnight student who volunteers to assist the new students as they transition to our school!
     
    *Testing and Assessment    
          *    School-wide Testing  
               * Individual Ability and Achievement Tests as needed
     
    *Student Assistance Program
             * SAP is a collaborative effort between school personnel and the parents to help meet student needs. This process is in place to gather data, to develop strategies, and to generally aid regular education teachers to better service their students. 
     * SAP Team Members include:  Parents, Principals, Classroom Teachers, Reading Specialists, School Nurse, School Psychologist, and School Counselors.
